Door latch repair 3 days after I bought my new Canyon the passenger door would not lock and unlock electronically. I made an appointment, took it in on a Thursday and t 3 days after I bought my new Canyon the passenger door would not lock and unlock electronically. I made an appointment, took it in on a Thursday and they had it until the following Tuesday only to tell me that they had to order a new latch. They did give me a loaner Canyon to drive while mine was in the shop. About a week later the latch came in so I took my truck Back and they had the new latch installed in about 2 hours and it’s been working fine. More

On a recent visit to your Service Dept I did not have an Appointment as my 2015 Impala Low Beams both stopped working at the same time. It was an extended warranty repair and your shop also diagnosed an ad Appointment as my 2015 Impala Low Beams both stopped working at the same time. It was an extended warranty repair and your shop also diagnosed an additional repair as The Check Engine light came on when pulling in Shop. I rented a car which was covered by my extended warranty . Purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Equinox Jen took very good care of me. I did get to drive the car and I really like it. I am still trying to get used to all of the exciting features.
