Multi point check is not done but checked off the report you get. Left the dealer ship and engine light came before getting off the parking lot. My daughter purchased a 2021 trailblazer. She wanted the floor mat for the trunk that goes up the back of the seat. The instructions call for poking holes in the back of the seat. I called parts and they referred me to service because none of the holes line up. Service replied with well it’s a part problem because that’s where it came from and transferred me back. Parts department was helpful service was not. They agreed holes don’t line up. We ended up getting a mat that doesn’t go up the back of the seat. More

Saw several employees walking around with their masks down/off and not enforcing customers who without a mask walking through the building. Those employees not properly wearing a mask were both in the ga down/off and not enforcing customers who without a mask walking through the building. Those employees not properly wearing a mask were both in the garage greeting customer pull-ups for service and also sales personnel. Kim H in Service did not personally help me during my visit, but I witnessed her helping other customers and her interactions seemed kind and sincere and demonstrated a great work ethic. More
