The service at Jim Butler Chevy is always above average. I have yet to have a problem. I get reminder calls to make sure I keep up on the maintenance that needs to be done. Dropped it off first thing in the morning. Told me it would be done at the end of the day. It was the end of the next day. Had to cancel an out of town weekend due to this. I highly recommended Jim Butler Chevrolet, we have purchased three vehicles from them However I was disappointed last week when I had my oil changed. I was initially greeted in the driveway by a nice older gentleman. He guided me into the garage, then a young lady came over and sanitized the driver's seat, door and steering wheel as a COVID-19 preventive. Afterwards I stood in the garage next to my vehicle for nearly 30 minutes waiting for a service department rep. I'm not sure why it took SO long since I had an 8 a.m. appointment. Eventually I was assisted and by Mike Johnson. While in the waiting room, I received a text message from him, informing me to contact him if I had any concerns or questions regarding my vehicle. As a side note, it's sad Jim Butler doesn't have their own car wash. I was offered a voucher for a free car wash at the near-by Philips 66, but that car was SUCKS. It doesn't even clean the back of your vehicle. I would love to see Jim Butler switch to the Tiger Express Wash on Majestic Drive in Fenton. That car wash is amazing and they do a superb job, or better yet, figure out a place to build their own car wash for the convenience of the customer. More
