Thank you for your feedback, Mark. We're very sorry to hear that there were communication issues between our Service and Parts department which caused frustration to you and your daughter. While we understand your frustration, Service was correct in stating that they would likely not have knowledge of the problems with parts; at least not as much as parts would. The individuals that you speak with in Service are Service Advisors that do not have mechanical training and would not be familiar with this kind of problem unless they had personally already encountered it. We are glad parts was able to order you an alternative floor mat. We will speak with our service and parts departments about making sure there is better communication so we can better assist our customers going forward.

Thank you for your feedback, Mr. Harrison. We're very surprised by your feedback. While we're, of course, glad your service itself went well with Kim, we are concerned that you saw so many of our employees wearing masks. We have been and are continuing to take this pandemic very seriously. The only time our employees are not required to wear masks (per xx. Louis County ordinance and our dealership policy) is if they are not in areas that are exposed to the public (ie. behind plexiglass or plastic coverings such as in the parts department or in the back office) or if they have a note from a professional that medically or legally exempts them from wearing a mask. For employees in the Service Department that are exposed to the extreme heat and humidity of xx. Louis summers, they are allowed to unhook one ear of the mask while not interacting with customers so they can breathe. Additionally, we have multiple sanitation stations set up throughout the dealership and ask every customer to wear a mask if they go in the dealership, providing free masks to any one without one. We are constantly sanitizing surfaces throughout the dealership to ensure we are being as safe as possible and sanitizing vehicles that come in for service.
