Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We apologize that your visit wasn't properly explained to you. Your appointment time is set aside for you to speak with your service advisor to set a game plan and expectations for your vehicle while it's in our care. From there, your vehicle waits in line for the next appropriate service technician. We have found this model to work best due to the volume of vehicles that check into our service department. We normally quote 90 mins to 2 hours for oil changes. It seems that on this day we were running behind. We hope that our efforts to improve are evident in future visits.
