Even with an appointment the basic oil change takes hours. Office staff/ advisors are friendly enough but the amount of time needed for them to perform service is absurd. More

Your appointment time is set aside for you to speak with your service advisor to set a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care. From there your vehicle waits for the next appropriate service tech. We normally quote 90 mins to 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. In the future, please feel free to use our drop off service or our complimentary shuttle services.

We normally quote 90 mis to 2 hours for our oil changes and tire rotations. This amount of time increases with additional service. After check in, your vehicle waits for the next appropriate service technician. We take your car key off of the keychain and leave them in your center console so we are not liable for damaged or lost items.
