Thank you for your feedback, Almir. When you arrive, we have 9 cameras that record your vehicles arrival. These cameras are HD and designed to pick up alignment specifications, your VIN and any possible damage prior to your arrival. The damage on the mirror was already there. The damage was noted upon your arrival. We are sorry that you feel this way but this is why it is critical for us to have this camera system. From your other reviews, it sounds like we already sent you pictures from our security system. We are more than happy to show you these images in person (with time stamps), if you would like.
