Took my wife's car in To be diagnosed after running in circles myself. Purge valve was stuck in the open position at first. I am a loyal customer who has bought and brought my truck at this dealership. I have went out of my way to have every service done even when I truly only was there for an oil change and a tire rotation I w at this dealership. I have went out of my way to have every service done even when I truly only was there for an oil change and a tire rotation I would pay for the dealerships service suggestions well at least the ones for my truck at 34000 miles. Mostly just to hope they had the same ownership in my vehicle as I do, after all they did do all the work. A few weeks ago I had brought my truck in for a routine oil change and also my first recall issue. this had something to do with the brakes or an adjustment with my brake system no big deal since I haven't experienced any issues. So a few weeks have gone by and I started hearing my passenger front brake grinding very hard. I made an appointment and took my truck in they kept my vehicle overnight and when I called the next day it was very apparent that they have not even started the work and better than that they wanted to keep it for another day. I had to push back a little bit since I had taken a day off already and didn't want to waste another one. With sort of an attitude the service person that I was dealing with said (we will have it done today) And they charge me $557 for just brakes and pads I feel as if that was overpriced and somewhat ridiculous I called twice now to speak to the service manager and only have been able to leave him two messages to call me back with still no return call I really don't want this to mess up the my relationship with the dealership but I feel taken advantage of. More
