Thank you for your feedback, John. We understand and share in your frustration. The coupon that was sent to you was sent by GM. We have asked them to stop sending those coupons multiple times because of the problems they cause. The fine print on the coupon says that it is for non-full synthetic oil changes only, but we are required by GM to used full synthetic oil on all of our vehicles. Thank you for your feedback, Elizabeth. We do apologize for the longer than usual wait time for your oil change package. Our normal wait time for this service is 90 minutes, but our high volume of customers unfortunately resulted in longer than usual wait times on the day you visited us. We are constantly working improve wait times for our customers and have cut back on scheduled appointments to attempt to rectify this problem. We hope your future visits with us are faster and more pleasant.
