Long wait. Smoke smell. The customer service people are friendly, knowledgable and apologetic. But the service takes too long. I was told 90 minutes. And I always have an appointment. They give you a free car wash, offer free donuts and water and they have HGTV on the TV which makes the time go by. But what I can't get over is the smoker's smell that lingered in my car the rest of the day. More

Best dealership in the state! No one close to us could beat their price. We drove 130 miles one way to buy this truck. We were in and out of there in under 3 hours. Yep I bought one. talked with Teri on phone was told they had a black truck and they would have it ready for me to see at 1. when i arrived was told it was in shop and talked with Teri on phone was told they had a black truck and they would have it ready for me to see at 1. when i arrived was told it was in shop and not available. I drove 100 miles to purchase this truck. my second choice was blue but had $7000 worth of add ons which was out of my range.That left me with a white or gray which I don't like white so was left with gray or go somewhere else. John was very friendly not pushy.I assumed the trailer tow package came with a ball mount shank and ball but that was my fault for not asking.. Having said all that I did buy a truck at a reasonable price and would recommend to anyone just take your time I was in a lil bit of a hurry. More

There was never any pressure, they always asked me what I was looking for and advised me on the quality and long term ownership of the vehicle. Last Saturday, I came in to look at a specific car and fell in love with it. My first look at the monthly payment was more than I thought I could handle, but both Tony and Tara did their best to make numbers work and I left with a beautiful car I thought I would never be able to own. They were awesome, and although it will be sometime before I'm in the market for another car, rest assured, Jim Butler will always be the dealer I go to. More
