Thank you for your feedback. We understand that it is never fun to wait for work to be done on your vehicle. As this was the second time we were seeing your vehicle for the same problem, we made sure to do an extremely thorough check of your vehicle, beyond what we had done on your first visit for this problem. We were able to find that your brakes/rotors had hot spots on them, you needed an alignment, two new tires, tire rotation, and brake fluid change. We also performed an additional battery check and multi-point vehicle inspection on your vehicle. We hope this information helps.
