I had purchased or leased three 2019 I texted Chris Saettele at noon on 1/2/20 and asked for a price on a Equinox LT AWD with two specific packages. I had purchased or leased three 2019 Equinox LT vehicles in February from Chris. His employee pricing was better than I did in February. Brett Estes went above and beyond my expectations of a sales person as well as he was very impressive with the knowledge he had on the vehicle of my choice. Stacey Thornton was very friendly and he worked very quickly as he possibly could tell that I am not always the most patient. The only reason I gave it a 4 out 5 stars is because I had to work that day and the paper work took much longer than expected. Although it took much longer than expected, I want to add, this was not the dealerships fault as the dealership was packed with customers that day. Overall I am a happy customer of Jim Butler Chevrolet! More

They just want your money and that's all they care about. I purchased a used vehicle from Jim butter and all was good until 2 days later. The vehicle started making a loud groan noise and the steering wheel s I purchased a used vehicle from Jim butter and all was good until 2 days later. The vehicle started making a loud groan noise and the steering wheel started shaking. I made a appointment the next day and when it was time to bring the vehicle in for them to look at it they told me I had to pay for diag and part and labor to repair it. Very disappointed with the service department. More
