Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, Aaron. We understand your frustration with not having work covered on your recently purchased 2012 Equinox. With the purchase of your Value Vehicle, there is a 3 month/3,000 mile Powertrain Warranty that is included. However, in order to find out if the repairs would have been covered under the Powertrain Warranty, we would need to perform the diagnostic on your vehicle. If the repairs are not covered under the Powertrain Warranty, we would of course do what we could to help, but we need to find out what is wrong before we could make any promises. Since you did not leave your vehicle with us to look in to the problem further, our hands are currently tied. If you would like to set up another time for us to look at the Equinox and see if the warranty would cover the repairs, please let us know.
