Help needed because of problems with newly purchased vehicle * SD card was not installed when we purchased new vehicle. The technician fixed this. * Unlike our previous vehicle, onstar in the 2019 Malibu does not work in the country area where we live, because GM changed from satellite to AT&T towers. Service dept could not fix this. * The seatbelt cannot be adjusted when needed. It goes across my neck instead of staying at the shoulder position. Service dept said there was nothing they could do. I later purchased a Seatbelt Strap Adjuster online. GM should offer this accessory to buyers, if they are not going to install some kind of adjustment in the car. * We asked the service dept to check the headlights, and were told the lights are adjusted correctly. As they are, the headlights cast a shadow ahead of the vehicle. This gives the illusion there is an object in the road, and is very distracting. It is especially bad when going around curves or down hills. Bottom LIne -- are we evaluating the people in the service dept or the car? I suppose the people did as much as they could, but the car seems to have several flaws, compared to other Chevrolets we have owned. *Regarding the salesman, Brian seemed to make every effort to find a car that met our needs, but it turns out he really did not know much about the vehicle. He did not tell us that GM recommends premium gas for the Malibu, as stated in the owner's manual; or that onstar is no longer provided by satellite. Both of these things are very important to us. Made the experience extremely easy for me by clearly communicating on a daily basis. (Mike) Prior to the diagnostics check Doug answered multiple questions on multiple days for me. If he wasn’t available he would call me back. Overall, a great service experience. More

What’s the purpose of setting an appointment Why do I bother scheduling out a time to come in. I schedule a 7:30am service and check up with a please look at something 2 weeks in advance. It takes 3 hours to change oil and multi point inspection and rotate my tires? I was told they we’re needing to have a specialist look at my truck for and wouldn’t be able to get someone in for 2 more days to look at it. I gave a thorough description of my issues when I scheduled the appointment to be told the scheduling a time is to purely schedule a meeting for consultation? This makes no sense. Take good notes from our call in and we are telling you the problems and have the people in place for the number of appointments you are scheduling. A little silly that for a normal oil change and multi point inspection that I have sit in your waiting room for hours!!!! Kim is awesome and honestly the only reason I’m not giving a single star. Good donuts and coffee though and I appreciate everyone kindness. But you all have to find away to improve the speed of your service department. More

Longest oil change/tire rotation in history!!! Even with a scheduled appointment, it took 2 1/2 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation completed. Arrived at 11:05 AM, had to stay with vehicle Even with a scheduled appointment, it took 2 1/2 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation completed. Arrived at 11:05 AM, had to stay with vehicle inline until time in (marked on receipt) was 11:30 AM and was notified vehicle was ready at 1:36 PM. Upon entering my vehicle, after work was done, found the drivers side floor mat contained standing water. The vehicle left my house from attached garage and was not exited until inside dealership garage bay. More

First rough experience but normally wonderful I have always had great service but my recent experience was far from great. I waited over 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment and no update I have always had great service but my recent experience was far from great. I waited over 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment and no updates throughout the wait. This is the first time I have been unhappy. Even when asking for an update 2 hours in I got an unsatisfactory response of “I don’t know, I don’t have any paperwork.” More
