Congested and confusing. I filled our my request for service online and don't think anyone even bothered to look at it. I do have a 2017 Bolt and apparently need a special app I filled our my request for service online and don't think anyone even bothered to look at it. I do have a 2017 Bolt and apparently need a special appointment. I was not aware of that until I arrived. Your process needs more attention to detail so" Special Attention" gets just that. We even got a glare, and an ugly comment from well dressed, non mechanic looking man who parked the car. p.s. We have already taken our car to Sapaugh for the issues we needed to address and they were as different as night and day. We were welcomed and informed and fell confident in their abilities to service our vehicle. We believe that just because we are embracing the future, we can all be treated the same.
