Efficiency I cannot say enough about my service rep Kayla Merrick. She was wonderful. My concern is the length of time the dealership had my car. My car sat there five days before it was looked at. The dealership did provide me with a rental but it took an entire week before my car was repaired. It seems inefficient to give a rental car at no cost just to have my car sit there for so long. More

Purchase of Used car I will say that Bill "Fuzz" Steinlage is one of the best sales people I have ever dealt with. Fuzz ensured I had just the car a wanted. He kept my pa I will say that Bill "Fuzz" Steinlage is one of the best sales people I have ever dealt with. Fuzz ensured I had just the car a wanted. He kept my payments (with the help of the amazing finance team) right where I wanted them. I even declined the first lender and was provided a different source who I prefer to do business with on my loan. Fuzz did everything he could to make this the best experience I have had when purchasing a car new or used. I would tell anyone going to Jim Butler in Fenton, Missouri to ask for Fuzz. The only down side to my experience was the discovery that the driver side wiper blade was split at the top and bottom of the blade. Since the car is to have an inspection by the dealership, I am curious how this was over looked. I only noticed because when I ran the cleaner the wind shield was as clear as it should be, so I put the wipers in service mode and noticed the condition of the blade I am now purchasing a new driver side wiper blade for my car that will cost me $25.00 to replace. I thought I checked everything before leaving, I did not actually meet anyone from the service department. People at this location are all friendly and treat you with respect.
