Horrible experience I have two Trax that I bought brand new. My wife dropped hers off at 8am she is just now leaving car not done till Monday, no loaner car after it’s b I have two Trax that I bought brand new. My wife dropped hers off at 8am she is just now leaving car not done till Monday, no loaner car after it’s been there all day including 6 hours of waiting for a pipe on the coolant system to be replaced that wasn’t covered by the warranty that was still good. I took my other Trax in to be serviced because the seat is stuck which I paid to be serviced already and was told they cannot only fix it this time without me paying for diagnostic but tried to upsale me an oil change and a battery. I then took my car elsewhere to get the oil change because Jim Butler is now on my xxxxxxx list and I was told that the bolt on my oil pan was stripped and guess who was the last people to work on it, you guess it Jim Butler. I then take it back to get the plug replaced which they do and I still get charged for the oil change when good customer service would have been to replace the plug and comp the oil change!, since you needed to change the plug that you stripped, but nope They are money hungry and have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and after buying two cars from them the same year I will never buy another Chevy again!!!! More

Finance department needs improvement ! The salesman was friendly and ok, I'd have liked to get a better deal but they just werent budging a whole lot, my beef was with the Finance lady, we The salesman was friendly and ok, I'd have liked to get a better deal but they just werent budging a whole lot, my beef was with the Finance lady, we were there on a friday evening , and I know the banks are not open and the only ones your going to get an answer from are the lending companies and maybe some on the west cost. SO with that said she could only get a 9.1 intrest rate and said she would try to get me a better rate monday when the banks were open, come monday afternoon, no call, so I called and I was told the same rate and info as on friday, (she never checked anywhere else) I know because I get an alert on my phone every time my credit is hit, so I end up going to the bank myself and got a 4.59% apr. And then she proceeded to say I knew you could do better, ummm you think???? But you just told me Monday the 9.1% was the best you could do for me and wanted to push me into a higher payment!!! This is piss poor customer service !! More
took delivery of vehicle-drivers door window did not work- sales said they would make it good-car was taken to service-i was told window motor was inoperative-would order new one sales would take care of it- t sales said they would make it good-car was taken to service-i was told window motor was inoperative-would order new one sales would take care of it- they told they are bringing car up went outside in the hot sun and waited about 5 minutes then looked at all the new corvettes outside-heard a mild sbc running WOT -10-20 seconds later my car pulls in from the street-when i came back for service monday Fuz was able to get the window to work and did not not go into service he said if i had trouble they would take care of it he and donnie were great-i had already wrote my milage down in parking lot and stacked golf balls in a jug on passenger floor because i did not trust service dept. with my 1000 mile corvette More
