Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Roger. We understand that it is never fun to wait and we do apologize for the longer than usual wait time. Your visit would have indeed been much longer without an appointment that Friday of your visit. We had 84 appointments set and 56 people walked in without an appointment. All of those walk ins are of lower priority than those with an appointment. Another large cause of the delay in services was that it was 105 degrees outside and we were instructing our mechanics not to over exert themselves so they wouldn't get heat stroke. We can assure you that we did our absolute best to take care of you as quickly as possible. We hope your next visit goes better.

Thank you for your feedback, Vince. We're a little confused by your review, though. From your service information, your vehicle was actually worked on during your visit with us. We dropped the rear headliner, removed the third brake light and installed an insulator kit, then reinstalled everything, cleaned and dried the trunk and the headliner to fix the smell. After we did all that, we retested for the leak and confirmed that it was fixed. If the problem is still happening, please let us know.
