2019 Chevy Silverado I just purchased a 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 LD and the overall experience was fine. I did however have a negative experience with one of the finance agents. I don’t remember his name. When I was greeted and asked about the conditions of my loan, I told him my main concern was the interest rate as it effects the monthly payments and interest paid on the loan. I stated that I needed to see an interest rate in the 3’s because I have an exceptional credit score. He looked at my like I was crazy and didn’t know what I was talking about. He told me, no way and that they haven’t had rates like that in years. He added you’ll be looking at more In the 4,s or even 5’s. He looked at me like I was a young kid with an average credit score and thought I didn’t know what I was talking about. He should have just told me that he would do the best he could. He came back and apologized as he said I qualified for a 3.7 rate. I just felt very disrespected. Also, when we were going over the paperwork, I could just see his biggest goal was rushing through it so he could go home as it was late. I understood it was late but it didn’t feel very good for me because it was a huge decision for me to buy a new vehicle and again I felt disrespected. He didn’t even want to explain the paperwork I was signing unless I asked. Other than that salesman was very nice and a pleasure to deal with. His name was Bennie. Some criticism I would like to add is that it would have been nice to have someone explain in detail all of the features of the new vehicle I was purchasing. My wife recently bought a vehicle from Honda and it’s their policy to do that. He had a huge checklist he had to go over and he explained every detail of the vehicle before we left. Overall I recommend purchasing a vehicle from Jim Butler. More

Friendly, courteous service. Hope it stays fixed this time. This is the second time Jim Butler has replaced the Axle Seal. The first time it was replaced by Bommarito Chevrolet Hope it stays fixed this time. This is the second time Jim Butler has replaced the Axle Seal. The first time it was replaced by Bommarito Chevrolet South. The car only has 39,000 miles on it. May be a Chevy Equinox problem that can't be fixed. Tired of it dripping oil on my driveway. More

They go above and beyond Appointment made for service on my 2017 Mailbu oil change etc and was done quickly and my car was back to me that afternoon. Was driven back to work by Marshall Bean and later that day car was brought back to my work. Realized that evening that my plates were expired in August and didn't tell them to a inspection. Called the next day and Mike Johnson got the car right in. Had the car back within 2-3 hrs. Very impressed with the great service. More
