He took time to explain things and even helped us set up everything from radio stations to on star to the my Chevy app! Stacey in finance was good as well however I do feel like things could have been explained better with the financing contract but I will say maybe I just didn’t ask the right questions.. excitement kicks in and you forget to ask things like how much is being financed but in the same turn I feel like there should be some responsibility on the finance official to point that stuff out as well... seeing as they do several of these things on a daily basis. However my overall experience was satisfactory and I would go back again I just know to do less talking and pay more attention when finalizing the deal! More

Much Better Service! The service center has definitely stepped up their game since my last visit 2 years ago! Oil change I was told 90 minutes and even though it was a busy Saturday morning, they got me in and out within 60 minutes. Very kind and courteous technicians. Excellent servcie by John Zensen John Zensen our sales consultant, worked very hard to find the Tahoe in the color and options we wanted, then made sure we got the best deal possible. My wife and I are extremely busy between jobs and kid schedules so we had a limited window of time as to when we could finalize all the paperwork. When John learned our Tahoe would not be ready for delivery when were coming in to finalize the purchase he arranged for a loaner Tahoe for us to drive home that evening, then came in the next day, his day off, and delivered our Tahoe to our house and picked up the loaner. John went above an beyond to make sure we had an excellent experience. More
