I live nearly 3 hrs away and was well worth the drive. My salesman (Scott Johnson) was upfront with pricing and knew the product he was selling well! Scott was very detailed and was/still is great about returning calls. Mike Zarlingo in the finance department was very informative and knowlegible as well! Well worth the drive to get great pricing and see excellent customer service back in the automobile business. Very impressed with Jim Butler Chevrolet and the employees I have worked with! Worth the drive. I have dealt with the professional friendly staff at Jim Butler Chevy on just a few occasions and I can’t say enough good things. From the purchase o I have dealt with the professional friendly staff at Jim Butler Chevy on just a few occasions and I can’t say enough good things. From the purchase of my SUV with the help of Scott Johnson to my first oil change in the service dept I have had nothing but courteous friendly interactions with the employees there. Even though I live about 35-40 minutes away I’ll definitely be back!!!! More

Took a while Took a lot longer than I thought it should. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and it took almost 2 hours. If I go to jiffy lube or one of those places it’s done in 30 minutes. It was like that the last time too. More
