A good experience and caring treatment. I was pleased with the service and courtesy I received from Jim Butler last week while getting our 3 year old Impala serviced. Since I am now the main I was pleased with the service and courtesy I received from Jim Butler last week while getting our 3 year old Impala serviced. Since I am now the main maintenance care taker of our only car, I appreciated Jim giving me a ride home so they could keep the car long enough to fix everything. Bill saw to it that someone would pick me up when the work was complete. He saw that they did what they said they'd do and that means a lot. I now I feel like I can trust them to do only the necessary work. More
