Service called me and said they needed my truck for another day and I did not have any other transportation I was already late to work because I had to wait for someone from the dealership to transport another day and I did not have any other transportation I was already late to work because I had to wait for someone from the dealership to transport me to work I called the place that they had brought my vehicle to and they said it has been done for 4 hours the service person lied and said the company they brought it to did have the parts to put on my vehicle magically my truck was at the dealership when I was picked up I don't appreciate being lied to More

Was absolutely disappointed with service, took 2 days longer than initially promised(even thoughthere was more than what was initially brought in for) but when picked up vehicle, was absolutely filthy an longer than initially promised(even thoughthere was more than what was initially brought in for) but when picked up vehicle, was absolutely filthy and fingerprints everywhere, there was a coupon for a drive thru car wash at local gas station stapled to invoice. Normally I don't complain but I feel as if we were brushed off because it was warranty work. I purchased 2 $60000 trucks from you within the last 2 years and honestly don't know if I'm coming back. I would’ve given a rating of two if it had not been for the service department. I’ve called multiple times to get my suburban in so I could get a price on what it’s worth and order a new suburban.
