The workers are friendly and do their job well. My issue is when I have a 7:30 am appointment I show up at 7:20 am and don’t check in until 7:45 am because there are 10 cars in front of me. Then to perform an oil change and a tire rotation and I don’t get my car back until 10 am?? Is that fair? Is it good “appointment” management? This isn’t the first time this has happened. The place is clean the people are great but appointments apparently don’t mean anything. Thanks, Doug More

Friendly staff, but poor communication with customer. I made an appointment for early Monday morning, then told when I dropped it off it won’t even be looked at for 24-48 hours. I had to call several times for an update (we needed our truck to move college kids back home, so I needed to know if I had to figure something else out if it wasn’t fixed in time. Did not receive a call back after I was told someone would call me. Ended up scrambling to figure out how to move my kids home, didn’t get the truck back until the following week. We traded our 150,000+ mileage truck in so we’d have something reliable and didn’t want to risk breaking down…that plan backfired! More
