I have been buying cars and using the service department for over 20 years, and have rarely had an issue. However, my last service visit was not good. It started fine but did not end well. I was told by my service rep that they were wrapping up my truck. I waited 30 minutes and did not hear. I ask the cashier but she did not have any paperwork. I looked for the service rep and did not see them. I then texted through the auto mated system and did not get a response. I then asked the cashier again. She found the paperwork on someone's desk that was on a warranty call. She then took care of everything. I went back out to get my keys and 4 other workers were sitting at their kiosks. No one asked to help as they continued in a non-work related conversation. After waiting a short period, I went in and the cashier got my keys. She was very helpful. More
