When doing repairs at the dealership, we are required to follow the specific repair instructions set forth by GM because we are GM Certified. Replacing the velcro strips is the designated repair for the failure of the original velcro strips. We are happy to try again if you would like us to do so! This is a suggestion that we have made to GM as a update to the app. For specialty vehicles such as yours, we do recommend calling the dealership to make an appointment so we can inform you of possible delays. Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Ayrehl. We agree with you- 3 hours is too long for an oil change + tire rotation. Our normal wait time is 90 minutes for these services. During the week you visited us, we let go of a couple technicians that were not performing services for our customers to the level of quality that we expect at Jim Butler Chevrolet. We have since hired on three technicians to replace those lost and try to catch up. Unfortunately, you experienced some of the fall out from that change over. We do apologize again for the long wait and we hope, with our team now working more efficiently, you will have more positive experiences in the future.
