There was a tear in my center arm rest that was not there when I delivered to vehicle. Dealer denied responsibility and did not offer a solution had to repair myself. More
Not worth it 2 1/2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. Tires not aired after rotating. Not informed of additional time to complete additional work. He was someone my past family members have gone to and I would recommend to other friends that are looking for vehicles.. John helped me find 2017 Cruze once I saw it on the website. Before even calling me back to let me know it was still available he checked to make sure it had everything that I required in a vehicle, which was: heated seats and alloy wheels. I was very surprised and appreciative that he remembered those things even though he has multiple other clients to think about and be concerned with.. The entire experience definitely exceeded my expectations. Everyone working their was very kind and attentive anytime we walked through the door. Everyone we had the pleasure of working with was completely devoted and helpful with any questions. More

My comments about the parts department arent quite as nice. I was in the dealership last week and asked for some touchup paint as I found a small spot that needed to be fixed. The gentleman in the parts department was very professional and told m e that they didnt have the color I needed and he would have to order it.....in addition, he said when it came in there would be no charge since the car was so new and I bought it there. When the paint arrived and i went to pick it up, i was told it was 24.99.....I explained to him that I was told it would be free, he said he knew nothing about that, so needless to say, i ended up paying the 24.99......the parts department handled this very poorly in my opinion. More
All day oil change It’s ridiculous. I knew that it always takes way too long so I had my wife follow and go to lunch. Not long enough. I had an 11am appointment for oil It’s ridiculous. Didn’t get my car back until 1:20. Only reason I went was because it was free. No more. I’ll gladly pay to go anywhere else. More
