Hunter was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. He responded to an email we sent about the vehicle we were looking for on his day off. Ironically, we had sent the same email to HW Kia, but Nick didn’t respond and that’s where Hunter found the Sorento. I had to wait 5 weeks to get an appointment to get a recall faulty switch replaced on my Kia Sorento. After waiting a half hour I was told that it is recommended that I have my serpentine belt replaced recall faulty switch replaced on my Kia Sorento. After waiting a half hour I was told that it is recommended that I have my serpentine belt replaced because of mileage despite no cracks or wear and tear. I declined . After another half hour I approached Keith in service to see if my car was ready since I saw it sitting out on the lot. I was told yes but that they did not replace the faulty switch because they did not have the part in stock.😵💫That part should have been ordered when my appointment was made 5 weeks earlier and have had my name on it and date of scheduled repair. Now I have to drive back with my disabled husband for another appointment whenever the part comes in. For us that is an hour and a half round trip. This is ridiculous! More
