Keith Sutton in service is very polite and accommodating. I recently had issues with a recalled part—I was very anxious after my car lost power and the flashing orange motor indicator appeared on my dash. I recently had issues with a recalled part—I was very anxious after my car lost power and the flashing orange motor indicator appeared on my dash. When I called and spoke with Keith he informed me not to drive and to have the car towed. Long story short, all is well since part replacement with thanks due to Keith’s knowledge of the issue described and his expedient attention to my need to travel out of town for business.
