Recall to replace the air bag inflator. Had a recall on my 2009 Honda for the replacement of the air bag Inflator. Every one at the dealer ship was efficient and very personable. They are there for business, but they really care about the customer and go one step ahead in every way to help and meet the customer half way. We walked into the dealership a little hesitant, but walked out feeling so good, positive and accomplished. They really took care of us and I will never forget that. Anyone that I come across that is looking to purchase a Honda, I will strongly encourage they come to Jim Coleman!! No only was the dealership great but our sales rep was even better. He was knowledgeable, confident, caring and professional. He really knew his stuff and did not pressure us at all! Which was very refreshing in this society today. He made the entire process so pleasant and there was a tremendous amount of knowledge transfer that occurred.
