Really good!!! They listened to the customer (my husband and I) and didn't try to "sell." When I found out that Richard Berger was moved from service to sales I knew he would do whatever was necessary to put us in the right car at the right price. He was a great service advisor, I figured the same would be true in sales. He didn't disappoint, and when a small issue arose during the process of buying the car, he worked very hard to solve it, he even spent time with my wife making sure she knew all about the technology they put in cars these days. Richard is straight forward and delivered on his promises, and you don't find that much these days. He IS my new car guy. More
