Oh believe me It wasn’t just his requests that were out of line with the norm, it was his overall demeanor in the way he treated me and overall lack of empathy in the situation. He was extremely nasty with racist undertones and I’m sure management was aware of the situation because management frantically tried to backtrack to get me not to leave. Your attempts are too little too late. If Jim Coleman cared Mike King would have been properly trained prior to being put in a position to serve clientele. I was born and raised in Clarksville and had never had an experience such as the one I hade at Jim Coleman. Now in closing I ask that you refrain from contacting/harassing me. I would never come back to your unsavory dealership. I shared my experience solely to inform other minority’s that might come in contact with Mr.King how I was treated so they can have the opportunity to make an informed decision on weather or not to support racism in 2019.
