Nobody seemed to care about anything other than getting their loaner truck back in good shape. There was a lot of time and effort that went into that loaner vehicle, very little time or effort seemed to go their loaner truck back in good shape. They kept it for a week, the dealership told General motors that a problem was found and corrected, they told me that no problem was found. I picked the vehicle up and within an hour it was having the problem. If they had just tried I think they would've found it, or they found it and they can't fix it. A complete waste of time. Also no one there returns phone calls or texts. You shouldn't even have a text system if you're not going to use it. Seems like Jim Ellis dealerships have gone downhill recently. I also had a bad experience with the Chamblee dealership, I couldn't even get anybody there to set an appointment to look at my vehicle that's why I ended up at Mall of Georgia, now it's at Carl Black, I wish I had just started there, they are their fantastic.
