Horrible experience, waiting in the dealership over 3 hours. My suv were ready . Charles was nowhere to be found to finish my paperwork so I can go. Ed was amazing. He's the only person that has ever walked me to my vehicle to verify everything was good to go. Normally, I am stuck putting away the tire lock tool He's the only person that has ever walked me to my vehicle to verify everything was good to go. Normally, I am stuck putting away the tire lock tool and removing the service tag that is typically left in the vehicle. Ed removed all the leftover trash and put the tire tool back in the glove compartment box. Exceptional customer service for sure More
