I have several concerns regarding my recent service experiences at your dealership: Incomplete Repair: I waited over a month for a replacement part to arrive. However, rather than installing the new experiences at your dealership: Incomplete Repair: I waited over a month for a replacement part to arrive. However, rather than installing the new part as agreed, the team repaired the existing one. The issue has not been fully resolved, as the component is still not functioning at its original standard. Lack of Communication: My vehicle was kept overnight without prior notification or consent, for what was a minor repair. Interior Damage: Upon retrieving my vehicle, I discovered a new scratch on the interior body panel that was not present before the service. Recurring Issues: Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. Each time my vehicle has been brought in for service, additional issues have arisen as a result of the work performed. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss these matters and reach a satisfactory resolution. More
