I scheduled an appointment for 10 a. m. and was promised same-day diagnosis, with repairs expected to take one day. However, after waiting several hours, my car had not been diagnosed, an m. and was promised same-day diagnosis, with repairs expected to take one day. However, after waiting several hours, my car had not been diagnosed, and I was informed that the process would not begin until the next business day. I rented a car based on the original timeline, resulting in unnecessary expense and inconvenience. I returned early to retrieve my vehicle because I felt that if the service consultant was misinformed, anyone working on my vehicle would also be misinformed. I left without a diagnosis or repair, and the poor communication significantly wasted my time. I am dissatisfied with this experience and will not return or recommend this business to friends. More
