When we called to make repair appt for non working air conditioner we were told it would take a FULL day just to diagnosis the problem. Ok, so we dropped the vehicle off on Monday and then they told us it conditioner we were told it would take a FULL day just to diagnosis the problem. Ok, so we dropped the vehicle off on Monday and then they told us it would be Wednesday before the could get the a/c hose part. Ok, so then we called Wednesday to what status because no one called us back regarding progress of repairs and we were told, 'sorry, it will be Friday!!!'. So we called back Friday at 4pm when we still had not heard back from anyone regarding g progress of car. We were then told Monica was off Friday and to call back Monday!!! I then asked for the manager to call me. Manager called back around 4:45pm we were told they needed to order another part because cold air was only blowing cold on one side of car and the needed to order a part and it would be following Wednesday before car would be ready!! Totally failed on communication and expectations of getting car fixed in a timely manner. Someone did call us Monday around 4p to tell us car was fixed!! Strange that they said on Friday they needed to order a part and it Would be Wednesday (of following week) before the car would be ready. We now have little faith in getting any future repairs done at this Buick facility after many years (since 2012) and thousands of dollars spent. More

Initially brought my car in for a routine oil change, and a transition leak was discovered. Brandon did every helpful thing possible for me, including arranging a rental car for me to use while repairs were a transition leak was discovered. I had an appointment near the end of the day and was out in less than 45 minutes. I appreciated Ed walking me to my car and making sure things had been reset, I haven't ever experienced that at a dealership in less than 45 minutes.
