There was no greeting from Charles and no communication when I asked for assistance. I was promised $10 off my total, but during checkout I was told they could not honor it. I spoke with the manager, and h when I asked for assistance. I was promised $10 off my total, but during checkout I was told they could not honor it. I spoke with the manager, and he stated that he would credit my account for the $10, but I still have not received the credit. My car was also not vacuumed, even after I reminded them at check-in. I did not receive a breakdown of their diagnosis at checkout either. Another gentleman eventually offered to vacuum my car, and I truly appreciated his help. Quick and easy Richard was very personable and friendly. He offered a test drive, had the vehicle I was interested in pulled up for my arrival and had it cleaned after purchase.
