I understand your concern regarding the difference between the estimate you received and the final amount charged. When an estimate does not closely align with the final invoice, it can understandably create confusion and erode trust, especially for routine maintenance services such as an oil change and fuel filter replacement. Just as importantly, I regret that we did not provide a clear and satisfactory explanation when you asked about the increase in cost.
