Uncaring, rude, flippant, incompetent staff. Jump through hoops for zero reasons. Was given an email that did not work and the employee saw it and confirmed it was correct. This car is over $100k and 30k miles. Its been in the shop 5 to 6 times minimum for issues. Then they give ME a hard time and placate me? And Melissa should not be allowed around the public woth her attitude. They young guy at the very end that checked me out was the only person in the service dept that had or displayed any decorum whatsoever. Then when I turned down the fuel injection service that all service writers tack on and when I politely said no thanks, Brandon was not warm and fuzzy. I wont buy another vehicle from Jim Ellis unless something changes. More
