Disappointed, I was sent an estimate, but when I went to pay, it was significantly higher! The charges were inflated from the estimate… Why send an estimate if it’s not valid! Just went in for an oil change, which took roughly 90 minutes. My biggest complaint about the dealership as you constantly send an email and phone call to remind me of an appointment.. received a phone c minutes.
