I am pleased with this dealership in tree past. However for this pill change appointment, I am not happy that no one informed me about the increase of price for an oil change. When I called to make the appointment, I told them I only wanted an oil change and nothing else. I wasn't expecting to pay $97 for this oil change. If I had known that when I called to make the appointment, I would have gone elsewhere. I will no longer be using this dealership for oil changes on my car. You totally broke my bank with the unexpected cost! Please inform your customers when the appointment is made... it could have saved a lot of time and money. More
