Very polite, honestly worker. When I drop off my DUALLY truck and told them what the problem I had while I was on the road they find no problem but when I show them the problem it When I drop off my DUALLY truck and told them what the problem I had while I was on the road they find no problem but when I show them the problem it wasn’t there impossible but very honestly that they find nothing wrong than charge me for something they couldn’t find the problem while other shop hide the charge said they did fix it which didn’t it was no problem. They also find other real problem than what I told them what the problem honestly service. More

Great service ! First of all I had an appointment at 1:00 but got there 15 minutes early for an oil change. We did not get out of the dealership until 2:45 which interrupted our day plans. An oil change with an appointmen 15 minutes early for an oil change. We did not get out of the dealership until 2:45 which interrupted our day plans. An oil change with an appointment should have only taken 1 hour in and out. The price compared to other oil change outlets was outrageous at $101. We did not want any other services. They used to wash the car but didn't even do that. We will not be using Jim Ellis dealership again. More
