My frustration is not just with the dealer but GMC in general. Being a Ford and Lexus owner as well, why do I have to keep up with which services have been done? Overall fairly happy with the vehicle. A few things could’ve been done better, really just meeting expectations. Forced to pay for rubber mats but I don’t have those either. I’m told I’ll be given a chip to later add on heated steering wheel and front and rear sensors which I’ve also paid for. As I’m driving my brand new vehicle I’m wondering what other options I may have paid for that aren’t on it. More
