I found a place that treats my fairly, quickly and with purpose. From sales to service, it has been the most enjoyable process. My hat goes off to Jasmine in finance. She has continued to go above and beyond during this process, from paperwork, to adding extras, to refinancing to communication. She has been outstanding as was Alan, my salesman. Poor process with Fidelity Warrenty plan We have 2016 Arcadia with 35000 miles. We are 3 years 6 months in. Recent repair - 1. Brake noise issue inside vehicle 2. rear driver side window We have 2016 Arcadia with 35000 miles. We are 3 years 6 months in. Recent repair - 1. Brake noise issue inside vehicle 2. rear driver side window not working. 3. Back hatch noise issue 4. Back wiper blade broken We had appointment for 8:30am on Tuesday. After 3 hours, tech reviewed service needed. But work not started until Friday morning due to waiting approval from Fidelity. During waiting period, we added oil change and tire rotation to be done. All work completed on Saturday at approx. 12pm. The time just to get approval for work to start was not expected. I complained and was given opportunity to talk with Fidelity. We purchase car new from you, purchase extended service from you and all service done by you. Three days waiting before any work started is poor service. Other issue 1. After tire rotation, tire pressure was not checked. All tire were at 31 or 32lbs. 2. During repair to hatch one of panels was cracked. I notified service tech and part was ordered. I believe that all staff involved were trying to help. But if you sell the Fidelity plan, you should be accountable to the process. Poor grade with your process. Douglas Serdina More
Amazing people with happy attitudes We were treated like queens from the beginning. Perry was our sales rep and did a great job. Then along came Sammy(Sam the man) whom jumped it to another level! We even got to drive the Yukon home for the weekend. Before we left we were introduced to another happy person named Joe who just happened to end up knowing me from when our boys were in sports together. We were very blessed to have had a great group of men that really enjoyed working with us. Let me also mention Dee Hong who also was a happy person who treated us special! By the way we bought the Yukon!!! We love it!!! Your dealership is lucky to have these people working for you. More

It was a relaxed atmosphere, very well balanced at far as being attentive to the customers needs but not pushy & forcing themselves upon me. I never felt pressured or my personal space violated I was able to look for the truck I liked in peace & Javon Riley (the salesman) was there if I had any questions, concerns or needed anything. I’d recommend Javon & the Jim Ellis staff to anyone for their next vehicle purchase. More
