Over achieved twice in less than 5 months We purchased a used car from Jim Ellis Buick GMC Mall of GA for our 18 year old on 12/19/2019, thinking it would get him through his upcoming college We purchased a used car from Jim Ellis Buick GMC Mall of GA for our 18 year old on 12/19/2019, thinking it would get him through his upcoming college years and then some. Well on 5/1/2020 that car was totaled in an accident, NO ONE was injured thank goodness. Well the Jim Ellis Buick GMC Mall of GA team came through for us again. Joe found a vehicle that fit our needs and budget. Craig met with me, test drove and put up with me looking at the car. And Jasmine crushed it again with the financing, swapping the extended bumper to bumper and tire/wheel warranties and working through all the rest of that fun paperwork. I enjoy going to Jim Ellis for my services but this last time was a little disappointing. I was told over the phone before coming in for an oil change that I would be payiing $70 for the oil change, tire ro time was a little disappointing. I was told over the phone before coming in for an oil change that I would be payiing $70 for the oil change, tire rotation, 27 point inspection and my truck would be washed. I ended up having to pay $99 because they misquoted the price to me when I made my appt. and I didn't find out till after my truck had been serviced. My truck didn't get washed and I was basically just told sorry about the mix up and sent on my way. Also I picked David for the person I worked with because I had to choose one and he has always been great but it wasn't him that helped me. Thank you. More
