Excellent Experience This was probably the best experience we have every had with buy a vehicle. I found the 2019 GMC Denali online through cars.com. I messaged them thro This was probably the best experience we have every had with buy a vehicle. I found the 2019 GMC Denali online through cars.com. I messaged them through the link that was given on that website and the next morning I had already gotten a response from them. The gentlemen that emailed us was Richard Newton. We called him, offered him a price and he excepted. We talked with him and got everything arranged and then we called our bank to finance. Our bank wrote us a check, Richard had the car driven to us (which we lived 4 hours away and they were at our house by 9:30 a.m.). The guys that delivered the car brought the paperwork, we signed the papers, gave them our check from the bank and we had a new car!!! This experience took very few hours sitting in the living room of our home. My wife and I are blown away that we have never even driven to their dealership or even met Richard. He checked on us the day it was delivered and checked on us a couple of days later just to make sure everything was okay. It was amazing!! I highly recommend Jim Ellis Buick GMC and Richard!! More
