Don't go here looking to be treated with respect I would not recommend them unless by some odd chance you don't like being treated with respect nor as if they value you as a customer. The saleman, Perry, was difficult to get in touch with and the sales manager Bernie was very rude and condescending. The deal fell through for these reasons and my search continues. Unlike some other dealerships, Craig Ebel (sales) listened to me when I first met him and told him I just wanted some basic information. No high pressure. He also listened to what I had to say when I returned to make a purchase. Again, no high pressure. Explained everything in appropriate level of detail, both vehicle and purchasing process. Finance manager treated me the same way. The receptionist was equally as helpful, doing things in background to make my experience as smooth as possible and without a rushed, stressed feeling.
