just not great My sales person John, was super great and nice. But after I decided to by the car the manager came up and wasn't very nice or understanding. When we w My sales person John, was super great and nice. But after I decided to by the car the manager came up and wasn't very nice or understanding. When we were negotiating he kept interrupting me and talking over me. In the end, the deal was signed but they didn't give me any information about paying for the car so their credit card policy caught me off guard. So I bought a used car so we had it in the deal that some repairs would be done. There was a crack in the windshield and they said they would for sure take care of it, they didn't specify that they weren't going to replace it like I had thought but just fill it in with something... great. Since repairs needed to be done, we said we would swing by the next day but I called them and it took them around 30 minutes to find someone who even knew where my car was. It ended up being not ready since the windshield wasn't fixed. Okay, I told them I needed the car soon so they made an appointment for that following day in the morning to get it fixed. So again, I called and again no one knew anything about my car. At this point, I was pretty fed up with their inefficiency and disorganization. And all the managers and people we were talking with now seemed like they didn't have a lot of patience to talk with us or sort out what was happening. I had to keep pushing them to get the car ready but finally, they said it was ready and we went to go pick it up. When I got there the car didn't seem like it was washed or anything and the windshield thing. So, I had to sit there and wait for a while for them to get the car ready. Then I met with the finance person and she wasn't very helpful or patience with us. Overall, the service wasn't great and all the calling and waiting was a huge hassle. More
