Outstanding customer service and guaranteeing their products I wanted to buy a GMC Acadia for a while and stopped by Jim Ellis Buick GMC dealer a couple of weeks ago. I met a young and energetic salesperson nam I wanted to buy a GMC Acadia for a while and stopped by Jim Ellis Buick GMC dealer a couple of weeks ago. I met a young and energetic salesperson named Vadim. He was very courteous and plesant sales person. Unlike many car sales person, he didn't push us for any car. He took us to the car showroom upstairs which was nice. It had various models of GMC cars that I could see in one location. I didn't have to walk around outside in terribly hot heat. Room was well airconditioned. I could sit inside and feel and touch various models. After I decided what model I liked, Vadim took me and the wife for a ride. Vadim told us the manufacturer had a huge manufacturer rebate, I mean thousands of dollars off of the MSRP, I thought it was a good time to buy the car. I told Vadim we wanted the car in white color. After we did the paper, Vadim brought the car all washed and gas tank filled. Nice of them. But I discovered the back bumper had a dent when I arrived at home. I immediately called Vadim and the sales manager who helped us. Both of them told me don't worry, and they will take care of it. When I brought the car back on Monday, we bought the car on Sat and they were closed on Sunday, the sales manager without grudges told me that sometimes these things happen and cars get scratched while loading and unloading the truck. He gave me two options: they will fix it or change to a different car. I told him I wanted a new car without scratch. He said no problem. He immediately found another car, same color, washed and filled the gas tank and brought it to me. I was really impressed with the sales manager customer service guaranteeing their product 100 percent. Now days, it is really hard to find good customer service. This dealership really impressed me with their customer service. I am happy with the car. I will definitely think about GMC car and this dealership when I buy our next car. Kudos to Vadim and Sami Karaki, Sales Manager. Keep up with excellent customer service and guarantee products you sell. Customers will follow... Thank you Vadim and Sami again. I was very disappointed with the prior service I had received. I asked to speak to the manager, Ron Gay, he immediately took ownership of the service maintenance for my vehicle. Ron communicated daily with me, so I knew exactly what was going on with my Buick. He didn't stop until my car was repaired and passed the Emission testing. My husband and I are very happy with the service Ron gave to us. We're still talking about Ron today. Customer service was Outstanding. Thanks Ron! More

Shift knob repair & warped front rotors I brought my Buick Enclave in to get the lower part of the shift knob repaired under warranty. Parts had to be ordered and then I made an appointment I brought my Buick Enclave in to get the lower part of the shift knob repaired under warranty. Parts had to be ordered and then I made an appointment for the repair once the part arrived. Sean Garrett took great care of me and arranged for transportation for me to go the mall and for my return. He also explained that the rotors were covered under warranty so he had them cut to eliminate a vibration while under braking. Sean is a car guy and as such is a great point of contact and represents the dealership with utmost professionalism. He could easily fill the role of service manager. More
