I enjoy going to Jim Ellis for my services but this last time was a little disappointing. I was told over the phone before coming in for an oil change that I would be payiing $70 for the oil change, tire ro time was a little disappointing. I was told over the phone before coming in for an oil change that I would be payiing $70 for the oil change, tire rotation, 27 point inspection and my truck would be washed. I ended up having to pay $99 because they misquoted the price to me when I made my appt. and I didn't find out till after my truck had been serviced. My truck didn't get washed and I was basically just told sorry about the mix up and sent on my way. Also I picked David for the person I worked with because I had to choose one and he has always been great but it wasn't him that helped me. Thank you. More
