Prices for service work are ridiculous I had several things checked beside getting my oil and filter plus check fluids service. Check engine light soon light on , this is my fourth time i I had several things checked beside getting my oil and filter plus check fluids service. Check engine light soon light on , this is my fourth time in to check this. This visit I was told some canister and sensor need changing and that was going to coast over $900 I’m sorry that is ridiculous. Need I say more and this was just one out of three! More

Not Happy. 2.5 hr wait (with an appt) for an oil change. When you have a scheduled appointment for a job that typically takes 30 minutes tops to complete, in no way should you have to sit in the lobby and wa When you have a scheduled appointment for a job that typically takes 30 minutes tops to complete, in no way should you have to sit in the lobby and wait over 2.5 hours for the service. I had also been smelling a strong mold odor coming from my ventilation system for several months, and my son was experiencing headaches every time he rode in my truck. At the same time, I complained that I was hearing large amounts of water sloshing back and forth in the front end of the truck when the vehicle turns. Turns out the problem is a defective sludge tank pump (I think that's what they told me) that GMC knew about the problem and was working on a fix. Back to the mold issue: As it turns out, my cabin air filters were complete saturated in water and covered in mold. I've never had this problem before in any other vehicles I've owned, and you can't tell me that it's a coincidence that I have a water drainage issue in my front end, and it isn't tied to cabin air filters being saturated in water and mold. This was supposed to be a free service call, but instead I was forced to pay $100 for new cabin filters that I believe were ruined by an issue GMC is aware of. I believe GMC should have covered the cost of the filters, and should have thoroughly sprayed and cleaned out my air duct system at no charge, at least until the water purge solution is developed. I've been disappointed from the start with my purchase of the 2017 GMC Canyon, and it keeps going downhill. Can't wait until my lease is up... More
