Back in 2018 this dealership was great now their service department has gone downhill. My service advisor was good at communication. 9/10 Now I drew the line where they simply forgot to tighten my brake lin department has gone downhill. Definitely did not take it back to them for them to fix an issue they clearly didn't double check. More

Sales and Service have been great. I bought a new Hummer EV that is going on 3 straight weeks of being in service to replace the battery. Wasn't diagnosed correctly the first time I brought it for service, so had to bring it back the next day when lights came back on. With proper diagnosis, I would have been driving it a week ago, but here I am still driving a loaner instead I of enjoying fall weather with the top off on my new truck. Not a good experience! More
