We chose Jim Ellis because we still own the very first Miata they ever sold, a 1990 model and they have been very good on service. Also my daughter bought a Mazda3 Hatchback from their other location in 2 Miata they ever sold, a 1990 model and they have been very good on service. Also my daughter bought a Mazda3 Hatchback from their other location in 2018 and they treated her well. COVID-19 protocols were in effect and they were very cautious. We met our salesman Mike Fresquez and immediately took to him. He assisted us for three days in selecting the car we wanted and negotiating the sale. They made it easy and we feel very satisfied with the deal we got. The car was a birthday present for my wife and when we went back to pick it up on her birthday there were balloons on the windshield and a gift of beautiful keychains was given to her. It was so very nice and Mike has been diligent in following up to make sure that everything is going well. He is a true professional. I have purchased over 40 cars in my life and Mike Fresquez was the most patient and knowledgeable automobile salesperson I have dealt with in many, many years. I will definitely send some business his way. Funny Coronavirus note. Until the very last minute after four visits to the dealership we did not know Mike had a mustache! He had worn a mask the entire time and as we were leaving I asked him to take it off for a photo with my wife. Each was posed on a different side of the car so social distancing was maintained and up pops a full mustache. What a surprise! Thank you Mike and thank you Jim Ellis. More

We had a great experience buying our new Mazda here. We bought a new CX-9 to replace our 2013 model, so we were familiar with Mazda. The selection at our local dealer wasn’t great, so we expanded our search radius, which led us here. We did most of the deal online the day before, which was straightforward and made things simpler when we got there. The dealership was nice and comfortable to do business in and everyone was friendly. I’d be remiss if I didn’t single out our salesman, Marion Gilbert, as well. He was very friendly, professional, and, best of all, highly knowledgeable. He was able to point out many of the the things that had improved since our old Mazda and explain how many of the features worked. All in all, it was a great experience. More
