We went in to get a tire change and they proceeded to take over 2 days to complete it. This was a 2 hour job, completely unacceptable. My friends and I are college students and we missed several class da take over 2 days to complete it. This was a 2 hour job, completely unacceptable. My friends and I are college students and we missed several class days due to this issue. Our technician Ron didn’t even fill out our paperwork properly which was the main reason it took so long. I have never had such terrible service or a less competent staff. Specifically Ron, I would never let that man near my car again if you paid me to. I would give this dealer a zero if it was an option available to me. More
