Salesperson was super pleasant to work with and went the extra mile to sort out all the details with me being a remote out of state buyer. I loved the option to have my car picked up for service! I had been thinking of taking my car to a closer shop when the Chamblee location closed, but really wanted to stay with the dealership. Luckily, I discovered the pick up option and was able to schedule my maintenance without having to take leave at work. The video of the inspection was great and even better than being there in person. All the texts, videos, and calls reassured me that my appointment was not forgotten in the lead up, and that my car was well taken care of. This was my first service with Mazda. I did not like the appointment process. I called the dealership for service and was forwarded to a 1800 appointment line. I knew i needed an oil chan I did not like the appointment process. I called the dealership for service and was forwarded to a 1800 appointment line. I knew i needed an oil change but didn't know anything else. I thought by my mileage, the representative may help me but they ONLY make appointment by day and time not by type of service. Although I have to drive pretty far to get to this dealership, it always feels worth it. The service rep, Maron, keeps me informed of the status, work being done, and cost. I tried on multiple occasions to get ahold of their used car manager, who avoided all my calls even when the secretary said they were in their office. No other dept. would help me, and they refused to even actually attempt to clean the car when I finally talked to someone. Terrible experience. More
