Disorganized place. Highly unprofessional managers with anger issues. Sales Manager Chris Chandler tried to sell the same car to me and another party and was asking me to buy it at higher produce than what anger issues. Very rude and got angry when I questioned the process. Basically told us that he won’t be selling us the car. We walked out and as it turns out the “other party” backed out as well. Got a call from sales guy the next day trying to get us to but the car. No thanks! More

I came to Jim Ellis looking to test drive and compare to other models to see what I liked the most. I’ve never been a fan of car dealerships because usually the salesmen are pushy and aggressive but this lo other models to see what I liked the most. I ended up going with a different car but my experience here was the best I’ve had at a dealership. Zach Miller-Batson was my salesman and he was amazing - super laid back, helpful, never once was pushy and was a pleasure to work with. We also met with Brunno Nakamura the sales manager and he too was excellent and was helpful and never pushy either. If I choose to go with a Mazda on my next car, this is the lot I will definitely buy from. More
