In addition to superb service, her attention to detail identified a small defect in one of my tires that I had not previously observed on my front, drivers side tire. That could have been disastrous. As a result of my previous career as a nuclear evaluator, I typically do not give the top rating. In this case Rose and the support organization get the best rating and I have nothing to offer for improvement. Additionally, “World” (one of the entry bay support individuals) provided excellent support helping me to understand the “loaner”.
