Very friendly staff. I was approached by a salesman, Christian, immediately and he helped me with the available inventory. I told him what I was looking foe. At the time, they did not have an RX that I wanted but we exchanged information and he told me he would keep me updated as new inventory came in. And he did. He was very nice and not "annoying" calling everyday. He called me and told me he had one and did I want to test drive it. He accommodated me and had it ready for me to drive when I got there. I 100% had a good experience with him and would recommend him to anyone. I've gotten my RX serviced there and the staff is very friendly and polite. Love them! More

This is the first time writing a review for some one, but I just had to let others know about the great experience that I had with Terry Capers. When, me and my cousin arive at Jim Hudson Lexus Terry greete I just had to let others know about the great experience that I had with Terry Capers. When, me and my cousin arive at Jim Hudson Lexus Terry greeted us with great attitude ( not pushy). The first few vehicle that I wanted to look at/test drive, he thought that it was not their at the dealership and Terry looked them up and found that they were in transit. He took his time and was not impatient. Terry even went outside to the lot to look around for some the other vehicles that I wanted to test drive. Terry also took his time to explain the difference in the features of each vehicle and gave me the chance to let it set in and choose the right one for me. Also, Terry was saying that he is my Guy(for Lexus) and he prove it. He went on vacation the day after I purchasae my Lexus and when he found out about some of my issues he immediately called me to arrange a time to correct them.
