Regular oil change My wife took her RX350 in for a regular oil change. Alex was the service adviser and and he was very professional and made sure everything was done to My wife took her RX350 in for a regular oil change. Alex was the service adviser and and he was very professional and made sure everything was done to my wife's satisfaction. They also washed and vacuumed it before she left.
