A great experience! Shannon met us, helped us feel welcome and got the information on the service we needed. She listened to intently to what I had to say and explained Shannon met us, helped us feel welcome and got the information on the service we needed. She listened to intently to what I had to say and explained the normal things that would be covered in the 50,000 mile service. My wife and I waited for the service to be conducted. Shannon came to the waiting area to update us on what was happening. We were finished and out of there in 2 hours which I felt was excellent for all that needed to be done. The Lexus facilities are excellent with a very good waiting area, well stocked snack bar, and newspapers furnished along with magazines. I highly recommend Jim Hudson Lexus and look forward to my next visit!! More
