The service manager called in a regional specialist who was able to pinpoint the problem, order the part, and fix the car. What great service to have a specialist come in and solve a complicated problem! Couldn’t ask for more! More

Excellent Service for 15000 Check! This was an opportunity to get my 15000 mile service done on my 2017 Lexus when a schedule opening occurred on short notice on a Friday morning. A lady by the name of Ashley helped me get an appointment for two hours later, just after lunch. I arrived on time, the service representative, Daniel Weih took great care of me, had the paperwork filled out quickly and promised me the service should take about 1 & 1/2 hours, which proved to be very accurate. There was a quiet place in the waiting room, where I was able to get some work or reading done. The service was done just as promised, the staff was very prompt & able to get me on my way in short order. An excellent experience, as always, with Jim Hudson Lexus. An outstanding dealership. I've been doing business with this dealership for almost 20 years - outstanding quality & folks to work with! More
