My service appointment at Jim Hidson Lexus in Columbia, SC was absolutely great! My service Rep, Colby Emerson, was very professional, courteous, and engaged with explaining everything to me up front. The SC was absolutely great! The waiting area was very nice, quiet, and clean and I loved the service video the technician sent after working on my car! How cool! He explained in a short video if my car was in good condition and what he fixed. I absolutely loved that! It was just a nice and professional atmosphere.
