This was my first visit to Jim Lucas dealership and my service was outstanding. Their service department gave me a service review video while they reviewed my car for service. Danil my service rep was nic service was outstanding. Their service department gave me a service review video while they reviewed my car for service. Danil my service rep was nice, helpful and professional at all times. I also spoke to two other gentlemen and salesman, Mr. Best. Lastly, I met another lady who purchased her car from the dealership and has had her car serviced at the dealership. When I move to Columbia, SC, I plan to use Jim Lucas when I relocate to the area.
