The service was outstanding as always. I was seen promptly for my appointment by Mr. Alston. He explained the scheduled service, completed the agreement for a loaner and informed me my Lexus would be promptly for my appointment by Mr. Alston. The service was excellent! My concern is about the car! It is the 2nd brand new Lexus ES that has died in my front yard in 8 MONTHS!! Making me have less faith in the dependability of Lexus. This is my 5th Lexus and car #4 (E2020 ES300 Hybrid) died in the front yard and I couldn't trust it any more so it was traded after owning it for LESS THAN 2 MONTHS for the one I have now 2020 ES 350, which also died in my front yard this week and it is only 8 months old!! They said it needed a "software update." The alternator didn't register enough watts so if the software update doesn't work, I probably will leave Lexus. I am afraid I am loosing belief in Lexus dependability. I drive a lot and alone and when a car leaves me"on the side of the road", it is gone. So I am contemplating getting rid of this one. Hate to leave Lexus but is it dependable??? More
