Quick, friendly customer service. Repairs needed were explained clearly. Car washes and loaner vehicles are a great convenience. Great visit. Service performed as requested and took less time than estimated. Everyone was friendly for the most part. We were early and I called on the way to the dealership to see if we could come on in. time than estimated. Everyone was friendly for the most part. We were early and I called on the way to the dealership to see if we could come on in. The receptionist said "yeah, I guess so. We'll figure something out." Not what I expect from Lexus. I always have had excellent and efficient service. .On my last visit I had a special problem and was sure I would not be able to a get a loaner vehicle and have to reschedule my appointment.
